| How to buy a ticket?
|
1. Click on the " Tickets" button on the tool bar and list of
all events will pop-up.
2. Under the "description" column click on the event of your choice.
3. Event Detail window will pop-up. If link named "buy ticket
on-line" is visible, you are able to buy a ticket(s) through the
eTicketPalace.com. Click on this link.
4. On the next screen you will see the corresponding plan of the concert hall
and information about tickets availability.
5. Click on desire sector and wait a little bit until plan of the requested
sector pops-up.
6. Available seats appear as a blue squares with white numbers on each square .
7. Find seats, which are convenient for you and click on each seat one-by-one.
8. Click on the "Add to cart" button and screen with your shopping cart will
appear.
9. Check your order and remove any item by cklicking on the "remove" link if
necessary.
10.If you are OK with your items click on the "Next" button.
11.On the next screen you will have two choices:
a - if you register with eTicketPalace.com login using your e-mail
address and password and then enter your credit card information on
the checkout form;
b - if you are not registered, click on the 2nd radio button (on
the right hand side) and fill out all fields of the checkout form.
12.Click on the "Check Out" button and wait until the transaction receipt
appears on your screen.
13.Print your receipt.

| How to buy a travel package?
|
1. Click on the "Travel" button on the tool bar and list of all
travel packages will pop-up.
2. Under the "Destination" column click on the item of your choice.
3. Travel Detail window will pop-up. If link named "buy tour
on-line" is visible, you are able to buy a tour through the
eTicketPalace.com. Click on this link.
4. On the next screen enter amount of tour packages to buy.
5. Click on the "Add to cart" button and screen with your shopping cart will
appear.
6. Check your order and remove any item if necessary by cklicking on the
"remove" link.
7 .If you are OK with your items click on "Next" button.
